St. JOHN THE BAPTIST
Annual 4 person golf scramble at Winding Brook Country Club - August 5th at 10am Shotgun Start. Registration is at 9:00am ~ the Fee $85.00 includes, round of golf, cart lunch with beer and soda at the turn, Dinner at St. John's. Prizes: money and golf prizes. Registration form is posted on the bulletin board in the McNary Center.

ST. MARK'S CHURCH
St. Mark's, Maple Avenue and Main Street, Philmont has a Thrift Store with gently used clothes, at tag sale prices open July 6th through August, 31st - Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00am - Noon and Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00pm.

BIBLE STUDY

NOTICE - This week, Bible Study and mid-week Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 21.  Thursday schedule resumes next week.

You are cordially invited to join St. Paul's weekly Bible Study/Coffee Hour. It is a time to enjoy fellowship with other members of this spiritual community. It is also a time to enhance your understanding of the Bible...i.e., assisted interpretation of what the scriptural writings mean, how it applies to modern life and why it remains the most important book ever written. And, it is mind boggling to hear the spiritual thoughts of other attendees. More than once you'll say, "I never thought of that!".

Come and join us and you will soon find out! We meet every Thursday at 11:00 in the Conference Room just off the Church's Office. We'll save you a seat. The coffee is good, too and someone usually bakes. Yummy!
